ERAM Invest is a Kosovo-based investment and corporate finance company serving businesses, owners, sponsors and investors. We develop tailored financial solutions, support investment and financing transactions and evaluate direct investments in third-party companies.
Our mandate
We invest, advise, structure, arrange, coordinate and support. We assess the commercial and financial case, identify the capital or ownership structure that fits the objective, prepare decision-ready materials and support an agreed transaction process. We may invest our own approved capital in a company, acquire a minority or majority stake, or pursue a full acquisition.
We connect companies, project sponsors, investors, asset owners and strategic partners with investment funds, private equity and private credit, family offices, banks, IFIs, DFIs and strategic, corporate, institutional and high-net-worth investors.

Our role is financial
ERAM Invest does not act as a contractor, property developer, energy producer, technology provider or PPP delivery company. The company, sponsor, asset owner or appointed operator remains responsible for business operations and project delivery.
When ERAM Invest invests, we exercise contractual shareholder and governance rights without presenting ourselves as the day-to-day operator.
Who we serve
Our work is primarily for third-party companies and owners, project sponsors, asset owners, institutional and private capital providers, and strategic partners. We consider each engagement on its merits and identify any interests that require disclosure or management.
Independent by design
ERAM Invest operates as the dedicated investment and capital-solutions platform within a wider group of specialised companies spanning engineering, energy, real estate, ICT and project development.
That context gives us sector insight and origination reach. It does not change our mandate: our role is strictly financial — investment, advisory, capital structuring and financing arrangement. Where a group company has a commercial interest in a transaction, the relationship is disclosed and managed, and clients retain full freedom to appoint any contractor, operator or adviser they choose.
