We evaluate direct investments and acquisitions of third-party businesses — growth capital, partial liquidity, a majority investment, a full acquisition, or a co-investment with qualified capital partners. Minimum participation is typically from around €5 million.

Ways to work with us

A change of control with agreed governance and management continuity.
