Our work
We define the financing requirement; test affordability, dilution and downside risk; prepare the financial case; identify potentially suitable counterparties; and coordinate discussions and terms under an agreed mandate.
ERAM Invest does not promise funding or represent that any institution has committed capital to an opportunity.

Outcomes
A documented capital plan, decision-ready model, counterparty materials, term comparison and a clear view of conditions to close.
Where the case is not ready, the client receives a reasoned readiness plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does ERAM Invest provide loans?
ERAM Invest assesses financing needs and may support the structuring and coordination of a financing transaction. A loan, if pursued, is subject to the independent decision of the relevant lender. We do not advertise a guaranteed lending program.
Link to this questionDo you guarantee financing or investment?
No. Each capital provider makes its own decision. ERAM Invest also makes its own investment decisions after diligence and approval.
Link to this questionWhat do institutional investors require before committing?
Audited or reliable financials, a credible business plan and model, clean corporate governance and share structure, resolved related-party matters, and management depth beyond the founder. Preparation gaps are the most common reason rounds stall.
Investment Readiness →Link to this questionDo you introduce investors, or invest yourselves?
Both, depending on the mandate. In advisory we source and syndicate third-party investors on your behalf. Separately, ERAM Invest may itself invest or co-invest where there is strategic alignment.
Direct Investments →Link to this questionHow long does an equity raise take?
It depends on how well prepared the business is. Diligence and documentation account for most of the elapsed time.
