ERAM Invest develops and arranges tailored financing solutions for third-party companies and project sponsors, working with suitable banks, investment funds, private equity and private credit providers, family offices, IFIs, DFIs and strategic investors.
Our role includes assessing financing needs, preparing the investment case, structuring debt, equity or hybrid capital, and coordinating the financing process through to potential financial close. Financing remains subject to the relevant capital provider’s assessment, approval and agreed terms.

Our role is financial. The company, sponsor, asset owner or appointed operator remains responsible for business operations and project delivery. When ERAM Invest invests, we exercise contractual shareholder and governance rights without presenting ourselves as the day-to-day operator.
