Direct Investments

We invest in companies, not only in transactions

ERAM Invest evaluates direct investments and acquisitions of third-party businesses. We may acquire a minority shareholding, take a majority position or buy an entire company, depending on the owners’ objectives, the investment case, governance and available capital.

Ways to work with us

Growth capital. An investment that supports expansion while existing owners retain an agreed ownership position.

Partial liquidity. Purchase of part of an owner’s shares, potentially alongside new capital for the company.

Majority investment. A change of control with agreed governance, management continuity and strategic priorities.

Full acquisition. A sale of the company, potentially with a transition arrangement for founders or management.

Co-investment. ERAM Invest may consider a transaction with qualified capital partners under separately agreed terms.

Our decision process

Initial confidential discussion → preliminary fit → information review → indicative terms where appropriate → commercial, financial, legal and other due diligence → internal approvals → definitive documents and closing.

We may decline at any stage, and no statement on this site is an offer to invest.

Independently or with capital partners

ERAM Invest may invest independently, together with Kelmendi Holdings companies, or alongside strategic investors, family offices, private-equity investors, financial institutions and other qualified capital partners.

We invest and acquire

ERAM Invest invests its own or affiliated capital and acquires shares. Our economic interest sits alongside the business.

We advise and arrange

ERAM Invest advises clients and helps structure or arrange third-party financing. We act for the client; the capital comes from others.

All investments and acquisitions remain subject to internal approval, satisfactory due diligence, availability of financing, definitive agreements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
