- Transaction experience
- A track record of closing debt, equity, M&A or PPP transactions in emerging or frontier markets.
- Regional knowledge
- Understanding of Western Balkans and CEE markets, regulation and capital sources.
- Institutional rigour
- Comfort applying IFI-grade standards to structuring, diligence and documentation.
