How we think about capital
Our strategy prioritises bankability, credible sponsors and realistic, asset-backed or cash-flow-supported fundamentals. As an initial phase, we prioritise deal-by-deal structures, co-investment SPVs and strategic partnerships with established funds and capital providers.
This approach builds a credible track record, develops investor confidence, and prepares the foundation for a future regulated or professionally managed fund platform.

Where our own capital goes
Where there is strategic alignment and an acceptable risk-return profile, ERAM Invest invests directly — bringing capital, governance and the full advisory platform to the businesses and projects we back.
We co-invest alongside strategic partners and capital providers, aligning sponsors, investors and lenders around shared opportunities through SPVs and joint structures.
Our partners include family offices, funds, banks, IFIs and DFIs.
