Before you start, what we can and cannot promise
If you choose to report anonymously, we store no name, no email address and no network information with your report. We will have no way to contact you and no way to identify you.
What we cannot control is the connection itself. Our hosting provider keeps its own logs, independently of this system, as every web host does. If you need to be certain that your connection cannot be traced to you, use a device and network that are not connected to your employer.
Take care with the detail you give. A small number of people may know a particular fact, so a specific account can identify you even when your name is not attached to it.

A report sent by email cannot be anonymous: your address is visible to us and to your email provider, and a copy stays in your Sent folder. To report without being identified, write to the Compliance Officer by post at our office address — post passes through no email system.
